Hello DMP is intended for adults (18+). When data relating to a child is submitted through the abuse reporting feature, it is treated with heightened security and access is restricted to authorized child protection officers only. If you believe a child has submitted data without adult supervision, contact us immediately.

The App may link to external websites or government services. This Privacy Policy applies only to Hello DMP. DMP is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. Please review their policies separately.

11 Changes to This Policy

DMP may update this Policy periodically. When material changes are made, users will be notified via an in-app notification and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.


12 Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology Act (2006), Digital Security Act (2018), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulation Act (2001), and applicable orders from the Bangladesh Police and Ministry of Home Affairs.
